Jeremy Ashton and Nathan John Booth
from 25th march to wednesday 9th April
PRIVATE VIEW on Wednesday 26th March 2008 between 18 and 21:00
Jeremy Ashton born 1947 has been a painter all his life, coming from a family of artists. He has worked as a commercial artist and some might recognize the iconic Vodafone advert seen across London in 1994, viewed by many as playing a major part of a successful campaign to raise the profile of the emerging mobile phone company. Jeremy continued his career in fabric design and portraiture, now concentrating his effort on revealing the beauty and wonder of nature. He believes that the countryside is nature’s church and he sees himself as a seer revealing to the viewer Gods creations, each painting an object of contemplation or even prayer.

On view will be a life’s work as well as some of those of his family.
